Costco’s Customer Support: Late E-Delivery Compensation
It’s widely known that Costco has one of the best in-person customer service (CS). Whenever you purchase anything from Costco in-store, you usually have the option to return the item within one year in whatever condition it is in. For example, you can return opened packages of raw meat, even if there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. There are some exclusions to this though; certain electronics like Apple products have a smaller window to return. Costco’s CS also extends to their online website. If there’s anything wrong with an online order, you can talk to an agent via their chat portal located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
As someone who frequently orders e-gift cards from Costco.com’s website, I often experience my order delivered beyond the typical 2-hour window. I will receive an email stating my e-gift cards were shipped/sent, but they actually were not. When this happens, take the time to each out the to Costco’s CS and nicely complain and request for some sort of compensation. This usually will score you a $25 Costco Digital Shop Card.
